Gaining

Having 300ml of cream a day for a week

I have been having 300ml of double cream a day half in the morning and half in the evening after dinner. I have been doing this for around 1 week at the moment I have not seen any weight gain or signs I have gained or weight shifted how much longer would it be expected or should I up the amount per day?

Gaining takes a while. Just keep on doing it, and don't substitute the cream for other food - you need to drink the cream in addition to your normal diet. Try doing it for a month and then weighing yourself. You'll be in for a pleasant surprise.

Any update? I was a skeptical about the cream gains too. Been a week for me and it’s starting to take shape, mainly in my hips and lower belly interestingly.

This is something that takes a bit of time. It takes 2-4 weeks (on average) to start really seeing results when your pushing yourself to rapidly gain weight, even with something as fattening as heavy cream.

Weight gain is a slow process. It's why people often won't realise they've gained weight until they try on a piece of clothing and find it's now too small or no longer fits.

Be patient and consistent for a few weeks and you will see changes.

I never hold on for longer than a week and everytime the weight gain kinda stops, which is somehow weird, although it feels like gaining.

This time it‘s a bit of regaining and I feel softer and fatter, although I haven‘t gained a single kg in days.

Either it‘s some sort if trading visceral fat for it, muscle mass, or it‘s just a plateau to be broken.

Either way, I‘m trying to do two or three weeks this time, if only to see what happens. I hope I really blow up by then.
